Doug Miller is the irreplaceable source of positivity for our team. He began work at Lake Ann over a decade ago and continues to greet each guest as if they were an old friend. Doug and his wife, Jill have four married daughters, Shannon, Sarah, Kristi, Katie and three grandchildren with another on the way.

E.J. Joined the Lake Ann staff in the fall of 2007. He has a extensive background in speaking, marketing, and sales. His primary responsibility is inviting guests to a life changing experience at Lake Ann Camp. He is a featured speaker at Lake Ann for summer and winter camps and at various churches and retreats in the Midwest .E.J. married his beautiful wife Abbey in April 2008!
Eric Ross

In the summer of 2008, Eric joined our full time staff with an extensive background in the food service industry. He is from Flint, MI and comes to Lake Ann after working in the restaurant business for over fifteen years. Eric attended Liberty University. He has also completed the L.I.F.T. Internship program. In the summer of 2007 he headed up the camp's opening of Mr Beans Coffee and T's and managed the camp's Snack Shack and Sweet Shop. In the fall of 08 he plans on attending Northwestern Michigan College Culinary Program to finish out his degree.
Gayle Yarick

After sixteen years of teaching high school, Gayle joined the staff full time in August of 2007. Her connection with Lake Ann goes back to working both as program staff and as a counselor for three summers during her college years, and more recently has been helping out with the High Adventure program for the past six summers. She holds degrees in Education from Cornerstone University and the University of Akron, and recently completed her Masters in Education at Grand Valley State University.

Ken has been on the staff of Lake Ann Camp since 1986 and the Executive Director since 1992. Ken is a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College and a 2004 graduate of Baptist Bible Seminary. Ken and his wife Margy have three daughters.

Ken joined the camp staff in June of 1999. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College and has served as a youth pastor, pastor, and was on the staff of Baptist Bible College. He represents the camp while speaking in local churches and youth events around the country. He is the speaker for Senior High Camp during the summer, Freeze Outs, Ladies' Retreats and Couples' Retreats. The Rudolph's have four married children and six adorable grandchildren.
Margy Riley

Margy Riley moved to Lake Ann with her husband Ken in the mid-eighties. Since then, she has filled a myriad of roles, including raising three wonderful daughters. She currently manages the camp stores, which have grown considerably in both quality and quantity over the past few years.

Phil joined the Lake Ann staff in November 1999. Phil has an extensive background in the hardware business, which has proven to be a valuable asset to his ministry at Lake Ann. He and his wife Lisa have four children.
Sarah Anderson

Sarah Anderson joined our staff as the Administrative Assistant in August of 2008. She has served on our summer staff in a variety of positions for 4 years. This past summer she served as Freshstart Assistant Program Director. She graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Youth Ministry. Her amazing husband, Tyler, is serving as a LIFT intern for the 2008-2009 season.

Trish Hindal joined our staff as the registrar in August of 2008. She has served on our summer staff in various positions for 8 of the past 11 summers. Her husband, Andy, served as a LIFT intern in 2005-2006. They are both graduates of BBC and Trish will be graduating with her Master's degree in Counseling from BBC in the near future. Andy is in the Marine Corps Reserves and is currently deployed to Iraq.
