Becky joined the team in February of this year. She is a 2006 graduate of Cornerstone University
where she earned a degree in Family Studies. Becky's first time to Lake Ann was for Family Camp in 1987 and she has loved being at Lake Ann every summer since! She served as a Counselor in 2004 and is excited to be on staff with us full-time.

Brent joined the Lake Ann team in February 2004. Brent attended Cedarville University and has a management background with a major retailer. Brent and his wife Sue have two sons and two daughters.

Doug Miller rejoins the Lake Ann team on December 4, 2006 as the Guest Services Director. Although Guest Services will be a new responsibility for Doug this will begin his 9th year of serving on the Lake Ann team. Doug and his wife Jill have 4 grown daughters, Shannon, Sarah, Kristi and Katie and two grandchildren, Kiley and Noah.

Jinner joined the Lake Ann staff in the winter of 2005 as our Director of Marketing. She travels with her husband Ken promoting the camp and encouraging campers to attend. Jinner has a background as a Christian School teacher and most recently held a position with a Christian publisher.

Ken has been on the staff of Lake Ann Baptist Camp since 1986 and the Executive Director since 1992. Ken is a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College and a 2004 graduate of Baptist Bible Seminary. Ken and his wife Margy have three daughters.

Ken joined the camp staff in June of 1999. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College and has served as a youth pastor, pastor, and was on the staff of Baptist Bible College. He represents the camp while speaking in local churches and youth events around the country. The Rudolph’s have three married children, a college age son, and three grandchildren.

Margy began working as the camp’s bookkeeper in 2003. She also is involved in many other aspects of the camp ministry, including hosting the Ladies Retreats. Margy and her husband Ken have three daughters.

Phil joined the Lake Ann staff in November 1999. Phil has an extensive background in the hardware business, which has proven to be a valuable asset to his ministry at LABC. He and his wife Lisa have four children.

Sarah (Ben’s sister) joined the office staff in September 2004. She is a 2004 graduate of Clearwater Christian College. Her parents are ABWE missionaries in The Gambia. Sarah served at Lake Ann for the past two summers as a counselor and as an assistant health officer. Her future plans are to serve in the medical field.

Troy has just completed a year in the graduate level LIFT program. He is a 2000 graduate of Northland Baptist Bible College, served in a Bible Institute in Montana and most recently worked with the Montana Parks and Recreation Department. Troy was a counselor at Lake Ann during the summer of 1998. Troy is gifted with skills in media and is working in this field in a full-time position. Troy and Noel have three children.

John joined the full-time camp staff in March of 2005. This past summer he and his wife, Dee, worked together directing the popular Fresh Start program. Both have a long history at Lake Ann including being summer camp counselors and members of the 2003-2004 LIFT team. John and Dee are graduates of Baptist Bible College and were married in August 2004.

After sixteen years of teaching high school, Gayle joined the staff full time in August of 2007. Her connection with Lake Ann goes back to working both as program staff and as a counselor for three summers during her college years, and more recently has been helping out with the High Adventure program for the past six summers. She holds degrees in Education from Cornerstone University and the University of Akron, and recently completed her MasterÕs in Education at Grand Valley State University
