Lake Ann Camp is excited to offer two unique experiences for couples this winter. While our facility is top-notch, and our food by executive chef Darrel Kirby is exceptional, we think you’ll enjoy this getaway, even more, because of the challenging teaching and practical advice your marriage will receive.
Each couple will have their own private room with private bath. Prices are listed below and are based on the type of accommodations you would like to stay in. While some of our rooms are smaller and more cozy, all of them are comfortable with plenty of space to unwind and relax.
Your weekend getaway will also include activity options on our property, some based on the weather. Our March group should come prepared for snow, and opportunity to hit our tubing hill, enjoy some snow shoeing and other fun winter activities. The April retreat could also include snow (be sure to check the weather or call ahead before you leave!) but also involve just about any type of northern Michigan spring weather!
Our 800’ zip line will be open, archery tag for couples will be available and of course, plenty of time to rest, enjoy time together in front of one of our many fire places on campus, as well as a chance to sip hot coffee from our Red Canoe coffee shop and camp store.
Ken is back for another Couples Retreat at Lake Ann Camp. Ken has always been a favorite speaker for guests of all ages here at LAC, and we know you will enjoy his great preaching, his hilarious stories and his one-of-a-kind delivery that is heart-felt, passionate and based on biblical truth. Ken will be challenging couples to evaluate their relationship in light of the truths of God’s Word.
Joe and Traci will be using their unique tandem style of teaching to challenge you at the heart level with the truths from God’s Word. We think you’ll find their sessions engaging and entertaining, and usually, a little off-the-cuff as they interact with each other and with their audience. This year, Traci and Joe will be focusing on the topic of sexual intimacy in marriage, what the Bible says about it, and how you can experience great oneness through the gift of sex.
